The Mandt System gathered in Chicago during the first week of September for the debut of Mandt 3.0, in preparation for the world-wide release of the new curriculum on January 1, 2025.
John Windsor, Vice President of Training, and Dale Shannon, Director of Curricula and Governance, introduced the new curriculum to 18 Mandt faculty members from the United States and Canada.
Mandt 3.0 represents a significant revision and advancement of our Relational, Conceptual and Technical program. Key features include:
-A more conversational and accessible tone and presentation
-Simplified and condensed Relational content with a new focus on strategies for self-regulation.
-Reorganized and augmented Technical content
-Creation of a Conceptual library to offer additional training topics in a more flexible way for our customers, with plans to include additional topics in the future
In addition to the revised curriculum, Mandt 3.0 is enhanced by a number of unique supports designed to broaden and expand the application of the Relational-Technical program.
-Universal access to eLearning
-eBook versions of the of the student workbook
-Virtual reality and video presentation of the Technical content
-Weekly micro learning presentations for more frequent review and reinforcement of the Relational content
These supports are packaged in a mobile-friendly Learning Portfolio designed to provide maximum access utility of this innovative toolset.
